Award-winning work presented by Franklin Gaspar in the DLA 2014 Congress composed of the results of development of a set of environmental analysis for flooding and landslides in 3D, which originally served as the basis for student's work in the studio Urban Project (ARQ1106) at PUC-Rio, and brings a critique on the real estate speculation in the region of Vargens, in Rio de Janeiro.
