Pesquisa _ Planning and urban programs and the resilience of the Brazilian cities
This research aims to identify urban plans and programs of public management and indicate ways of expanding them to consolidate the socio-climatic resilience of the Brazilian cities. A methodological analysis tool is used for the association of principles of sustainability and resilience to enable a qualitative evaluation of the expected results on the urban systems that are executed by public plans and programs, according to their potential positive or negative contribution to reduce socio-climatic vulnerability and to increase urban resilience. The research is developed in collaboration with Professor Rachel Coutinho Marques da Silva, within the scope of the Research Group of Urbanism and Environmental Structures - LAURBAM / PROURB / FAU / UFRJ.
